Order Entry Representative

Auora, IL Order Entry Representative The Order Entry Representative will perform administrative functions associated with entering orders and processing hearing aid products and Digital Wireless Accessories (DWA) systems. Responsibilities:

• May perform any or all of the following functions
• Entering new commercial In The Ear (ITE)
• Entering new commercial Sound Delivery System (SDS)
• Processing re-shipment of products back to correct manufacturer (non-Sonova products
• Visually inspect orders and products
• Identify defects/rejects and escalate as required
• Active participation in quality improvement processes
• Initiate process improvements and motivate peers to achieve team goals
• Meet established individual and team goals
• Maintain workstation in a clean, safe and orderly manner
• Adapt to various positions as business needs require

More about you:

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent; Some College preferred
• At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of data entry experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
• Strong Knowledge of inventory management concepts
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• SAP (or other ERP system) experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
• Excellent vision to read small font Must be able to sit for 7 hours a day Able to type on a keyboard Lift weight up to 20 pounds Perform other duties as assigned
