PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev/Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team. Dev/Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex IT systems that meet organizational needs and align with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to guide the organization through the deployment of robust and scalable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

· Develop comprehensive architecture plans that integrate with existing infrastructure while anticipating future needs.

· Create detailed blueprints for IT systems, encompassing hardware, software, networking, and security components.

· Lead the deployment of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

· Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Engage with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions.

· Develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and IT team members.

· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues

Requirements

· Experience in system design and integration

· Strong project management skills and technical leadership

· Broad knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and systems engineering

· Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.

· Implement best practices for system optimization, including performance tuning and capacity planning.

· Ensure that IT solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

· Implement robust security measures to protect data and systems from threats.

· Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities.
