Radiology Technologist | Radiology
Gateway Regional Medical Center - Granite City, IL
Full-Time | M–F Days, 40 hrs/wk | $25.71–$38.56/hr

Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a Radiology Technologist to join our Radiology team. You'll operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality radiographic images, working with a good degree of independence while contributing to accurate diagnoses across the hospital. With a predictable Monday–Friday day shift, this role offers strong work-life balance alongside meaningful clinical work.

This is a great fit for a tech who's comfortable problem-solving independently and wants steady hours without sacrificing variety in patient care.

What You'll Do

• Operate radiographic equipment in accordance with department protocols
• Administer radiopaque contrast material for enhanced exams under radiologist supervision
• Maintain a safe environment using proper protective devices and practices
• Stay attentive to patient needs throughout exams, taking appropriate action as needed
• Solve problems independently with limited supervision

What You Bring

• Graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program
• ARRT registration
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Licensure by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA)
• Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
