Job Summary This role serves as subject matter expert for cloud infrastructure as code and cloud application design. Work involves building and maintaining cloud systems, projects and Terraform code pipelines while also providing technical support. Resources to do the job require understanding of cloud platforms (OCI, Azure and AWS). Job Roles And Responsibilities Project Management (30%):
- Provides engineering consulting and recommendations for all new Cloud systems to ensure the interoperability and adherence to Multiplan technology standards and policies of all systems
- Serves as lead for cloud group projects as well as internal IT and business driven initiatives
- Builds, develops, and manages technical solutions on Cloud
- Defines and monitors multiple project priorities and provides technical and administrative supervision; ensures appropriate management is apprised of operational status of projects
- Provides appropriate cloud resources for business applications; performs capacity planning, workload modeling/prediction, and purchasing recommendations for new cloud solutions; provides business applications enough resources for their short-term and long-term growth
- Documents all projects deployed and ensures cross-training to team members is completed
- Experience provisioning, configuring and maintaining cloud computing services such as OCI Azure and AWS
- Serves as expert for terraform code, modules, pipelines and understands resources required to develop end to end infrastructure as code projects.
- Engineering, automating, and orchestrating system provisioning and maintenance processes using modern cloud tools and technologies.
- Understanding the needs for new initiatives to build scalable, distributed and high-performance computing cloud-based platform solutions.
- Collaborating with solutions architects, application developers and security teams to follow best practices
- Installing configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications and systems in public cloud environments
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, terraform coding and providing associated training as required
- Provides a current, well-managed operating environment for production processing and application development
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by monitoring systems and submitted through the ticketing system of fully documented issues, actions taken, and steps for resolution
- Provides support on all systems to meet departmental Service Level Agreements
- Provides support for business continuity, cloud or on-site support for annual disaster recovery test
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

- 5+ years experience in the design, configuration, deployment and administration of cloud environments. Must have experience supporting cloud native technologies and terraform IAC code.

- Bachelors' degree in computer science, information technology, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
