What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently
• Lead and support team members in mixing, packaging, and labeling food products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
• Uphold all HACCP, GMP, and company quality standards
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet exact specifications

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working in a temperature‑controlled environment
• Experience in food manufacturing or GMP environments is a plus
• Bilingual skills are highly valued

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, new facility dedicated to food production. The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 3rd shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, both following a repeating schedule of 3 days on/4 off one week, 4 days on/3 off the next.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
