Volt is hiring a Hybrid Interview Scheduler for a company in

Wilsonville, OR.

Hybrid Position - Two days remote

As an Interview Scheduler you will:

• Schedule interviews for candidates across all US sites, ensuring

timely coordination and communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for

interview scheduling to streamline processes.

• Track and maintain detailed records of onsite interview schedules,

including candidate availability, interviewer availability, and interview room logistics.

• Coordinate logistics for onsite interviews.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support various

recruitment initiatives and projects as assigned.

This is a Full Time Temp-To-Hire Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Previous experience in scheduling or administrative/clerical role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a

fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Outlook email/calendar experience is strongly preferred
• ERP (Oracle preferred) experience

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30pm ( Hybrid Mon/Fri at home and

T/W/Th in office)

Pay Rate: \$28-30 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several

factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
