Email/SMS Associate

- Managing a program, which includes drafting texts, leading point on text acquisition, and devising best strategies for each send
- Developing outreach concepts and implementing them across email and text
- Drafting rapid response email and text content
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on digital performance
- Coordinating with the campaign’s digital agency to integrate programs and deliver results
- Pitching email concepts and assisting with email content creation
- 2+ years of experience working on a digital program for a political
- Experience managing a text program using a broadcast messaging system like Switchboard
- Strong writing skills accompanied by experience drafting text and email message content in a wide range of voices
- Experience with CRMs, HTML, ActBlue, and NGP preferred
