We are a Plaintiff's firm specializing in Medical Negligence and Personal injury seeking a lawyer with 0-3 years of experience to become a part of our team! We are seeking a lawyer who is looking for a career as a trial lawyer who will work on all aspects of Medical Negligence and Personal Injury cases
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court - and depositions
- Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery and motions and responses to motions on behalf of clients
- Work up cases from beginning to end
Qualifications:
law school graduate who is a member of the Illinois Bar, and qualified to be a member of the Federal Bar with 0-3 years of experience
