Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator

We are hiring dependable Warehouse Workers and Forklift Operators to support day-to-day operations in the agricultural industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in moving, packaging, and preparing seed products for distribution while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to safely move, stage, and load materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with bagging, labeling, and handling seed products
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active environment
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
