About the Role: We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our landscape construction teams. You will work under the supervision of a crew leader to install high-end residential and commercial projects, including plants, mulch, and complex hardscape elements like paver patios and stone walls Responsibilities- Assist with installing plants, trees, shrubs, and mulch.
- Install hardscape elements, including paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Safely operate equipment such as circular saws, chainsaws, and blowers.
- Carry, load, and organize construction materials.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite throughout the project.
- Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks.
- Experience in masonry work or general construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to our Evanston facility.
- 18 years of age or older.
Benefits
- Pay Range: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience. Anyone with a valid CDL, Class A, or Class B license would start at $21/hour, based on experience
