Social Media Manager
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage daily posting and interactions across platforms.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Run paid campaigns when required and manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster online communities.
- Track competitor activity and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms like reddit, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
