Qualifications/Experience Desired:

• Active Illinois OT license, valid for the 26/27 school year
• Experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Proficiency in fine and gross motor skills strategies
• Comfortable managing diverse caseloads across multiple campuses
• Dedicated to supporting students’ academic and functional independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services for 9th grade through Transition-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service teams
• Travel between cooperative sites as needed for student needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines
• Staff hours: M-F, 7:30-3:00, with a 30-minute duty-free lunch
