IT Applications Support

Description

We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-driven IT Applications Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing technical support for various IT applications. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our IT applications to ensure they perform well and meet user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support applications like JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI, and AI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Assist in application configuration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure application integration.
• Document issues and resolutions.
• Train and support end-users.
• Participate in application upgrades and testing.
• Monitor application performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure application security and compliance.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in IT applications support, especially JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI and AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Salary Description
