- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in project management , preferably in Agile environments.
- Strong data acumen , including experience with workforce analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in process mapping and documenting complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional relationships.
