The Licensed School Social Worker delivers targeted mental health and behavioral support services to students while supporting district compliance and student success initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver counseling and mental health support services Assist with behavioral intervention planning Support IEP and MTSS frameworks Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers Maintain documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work Active state social work license (LSW, LMSW, or LCSW, depending on state) School-based or pediatric behavioral health experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
