Absolute Jobs is currently seeking a well rounded Diesel Technician. The ideal c andidates should have experience working with service and maintenance of all m achinery, equipment and vehicles. R equirements of the Diesel Technician: M inimum (4) years prior experience with complex diagnostics as well as overall c ommercial vehicle repair H ave own hand tools E xperience with emissions E xperience with diagnostics E xperience with Diagnostic Software E xperience with Reefers Extensive knowledge of correct truck diagnosing procedures Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams Pass a Background check / drug test / clean drivers license Benefits of working with Absolute Jobs: We help you grow and we negotiate the terms of your full time contract on your behalf Responsibilities of the Diesel Technician: As a Diesel Technician, you will spearhead the Service Department's efforts to accurately and efficiently perform diagnostic repair of customers' commercial vehicles Provide accurate diagnosis and essential repair of commercial vehicles, fleet, diesel trucks, tractor-trailer, etc. Communicate effectively with the parts department and service office O perate under supervision of the Service Manager Company provides training for development of diagnostic skill set B enefits Include (After the probationary period): G reat benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan and more
