What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Document visits using TherapyBoss (simple and efficient).
- Collaborate with local home health agencies as needed.
- Focus on patient outcomes, not numbers or quotas.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois PT license
- 1+ year of experience in home health, outpatient, SNF, or hospital setting (preferred)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable with EMR systems
Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, etc.) or experience in ortho, neuro, or post-op care.
Schedule & Pay
- Set your own hours and territory
- No minimum caseload
- Full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract available
