Project Manager Mid
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for transmission and substation upgrade projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee contract management, including vendor coordination and compliance
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and utility stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Utilize Primavera for scheduling, tracking, and performance reporting
Skills:
- Project management tools and methodologies (PMP or CAPM required)
- Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking
- Utility industry project management (transmission & substation projects)
- Contract management and vendor oversight
- Budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Risk management and issue resolution
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of construction and utility regulatory standards
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors
