Server
Server - Mercadito Lincoln Park
Mercadito is hiring servers for our Lincoln Park location at 2423 N Lincoln Ave.
We are looking for hospitality-driven team members who are energetic, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive and friendly service
Guiding guests through the menu and beverage offerings
Maintaining strong menu knowledge
Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and support staff
Following steps of service and maintaining a clean, organized section
Creating a fun, polished, and professional guest experience
Requirements:
Previous serving experience required
Weekend availability required
Strong work ethic and team mentality
Ability to multitask under pressure
BASSET and Food Handler certifications preferred or required upon hire
