Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processing Specialist to join a growing operations team supporting high-volume client invoice processing. Due to increased workload, this role will provide critical support in managing utility bill processing, mail sorting, and data handling functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys independent work, has strong critical-thinking skills, and maintains a high level of accuracy when performing repetitive tasks. Responsibilities include sorting and processing incoming mail using OPEX equipment, reviewing and organizing utility invoices, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately. Candidates should be comfortable working at a desk for most of the day, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and willing to ask questions when clarification is needed. This is an immediate contract opportunity with strong potential for permanent employment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional rotating Saturday coverage while maintaining a five-day workweek. Ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, focused work environment where attention to detail is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lombard, IL.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
