Server
Kama Bistro La Grange is looking for experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced, upscale casual restaurant focused on great food, great service, and a great guest experience.
We are looking for team members who are friendly, organized, dependable, and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate has previous serving experience, understands steps of service, and is comfortable handling busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Guide guests through the menu and make food and drink recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Enter orders into POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized sections
- Follow restaurant service standards and steps of service
- Work as a team with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and kitchen staff
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Complete opening and closing side work
- Previous restaurant serving experience
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Strong communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Part-time / Full-time available
- Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Dinner shifts and some lunch shifts
- Competitive earnings (hourly + tips)
