Outside Sales CSR
Green Acres Lawn Care is a fast growing lawn care, enhancement, and pest control company serving Belvidere, Rockford, and the surrounding area. We have been in business for 20 years, serving over 3000 clients. - Your experience, customer service, work ethic and ability to take on new tasks will determine your pay.
- You will often be the first point of contact for potential clients, and you must be able to provide support to existing clients. You must be comfortable answering the phone, emailing, and interacting with clients in person. This position requires time spent in and outside of the office.
- Type and send sales letters through both email and mail
- Follow up on estimates and close sales leads
- Measure properties using online tools as well as measuring wheels
- Writing detailed proposals
- Ensure details of jobs sold and/or any customer concerns are clearly communicated to the team
- Document details of all client interactions
- Process invoices and payments
- Must be organized
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Must be familiar with email, and able to quickly learn other programs including our CRM and Google Products
