Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative with Kevin Norful State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
