Ive been a State Farm Agent since 2007 and take pride in serving customers across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Wisconsin. I was raised in Grafton, WI, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin before starting my career as an agent. Family is central to who I ammy wife and I have three daughters, and we enjoy traveling and skiing together in the great outdoors. Our office is multilingual, with team members who speak English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian, allowing us to connect with a wide range of customers. Were active in the community as Chamber of Commerce members and committed to building long-term relationships with the people we serve. As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chad Radtke - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals. - Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
