D1 Training North Shore is an elite athletic performance facility where youth athletes and adults train with intensity, purpose, and real results. Our programs are built on collegiate and professional training principles, delivered in a high-energy, supportive community.

We are growing our coaching team and are seeking female coaches with collegiate athletic experience who are confident leading both co-ed group training sessions and personal training for women and athletes of all ages.

The Role

As a Performance Coach, you will lead:

Co-ed group training sessions for adults and youth athletes
One-on-one personal training (including many female clients)
Team-style workouts focused on strength, speed, and conditioning

Youll coach with authority and enthusiasm while adapting movements to every ability level.

What Youll Be Doing

Coaching dynamic group training sessions and personal training
Teaching proper form, technique, and movement fundamentals
Modifying workouts for safety and progression
Building strong relationships with members and athletes
Creating a motivating, positive training environment
Leading by example with professionalism and energy

Who Were Looking For

Collegiate athletic background strongly preferred
(D1 or D2 ideal all college athletes considered)

Great candidates typically have:

Former collegiate athlete mindset and work ethic
Experience in group training and personal training
Strong communication and leadership presence
Passion for strength, performance, and coaching people
CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Certifications are a plus but real athletic experience and coaching ability matter more.
