Job Summary

About the United Center:
The United Center is the largest arena in the United States, located on Chicago’s West Side. It serves as the home of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks and the NBA’s Chicago Bulls, and hosts a wide variety of concerts and special events throughout the year.

Position Overview:
The Clients & Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for managing internal retail operations for both the Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls. This role focuses on billing and invoicing, fulfillment of internal merchandise requests, and oversight of jersey lettering inventory and logistics. Additionally, the coordinator leads a team of three support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal billing and invoicing; coordinate with Finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Manage fulfillment of internal retail and merchandise requests

• Maintain inventory and logistics for jersey lettering supplies

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three operations assistants

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

• Serve as liaison between internal teams, vendors, and other departments

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, retail coordination, or related field

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Experience with billing systems and inventory management preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
