Temporary Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction Manager

The project site is located in Kankakee, IL. Work hours are from 6:00pm to 6:00am, 7 days a week, with Christmas Day off. The project duration is from December 19th to January 2nd.

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager for a short-term project involving the replacement of a material handling lift in a clean room pharmaceutical space. The role requires overseeing the replacement process, including documenting notes and photos to track progress and any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the replacement of a material handling lift in a clean room pharmaceutical space.

• Document notes and take photos to track project progress and address any arising issues.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines and safety regulations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction management, particularly in pharmaceutical clean room environments.

• Strong project management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a superintendent at a general contractor is advantageous if lacking pharmaceutical experience.

• OSHA certification is a plus but not required.

• No degree required.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
