Compensation: $40,000 – $43,000 / Annually
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (100% On-Site)

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact at the organization’s front desk. This individual will provide administrative support to site leadership and program teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for all visitors, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, families, and staff, maintaining a professional and friendly reception area
- Answer and route phone calls and messages appropriately
- Perform data entry, scanning, copying, and mail distribution
- Prepare letters, reports, and correspondence for internal teams
- Maintain organized and confidential files and records
- Coordinate meetings, tours, and events as needed
- Ensure office equipment is functioning and arrange service when required
- Provide general administrative support as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
