Quality Engineer III

Dynamic Manufacturing is currently seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The Quality Engineer actively implements and oversees the Quality System management of plant. Coordinates with Quality Manager to assure that all other product quality requirements are being met.

Essential Functions:

• Provide product stability protocols
• Process validation protocols
• Set up quality control tests for product which may improve quality and manufacturing of product.
• Monitor efficiency levels
• Inspect incoming component materials for defects.
• Makes/ Implements corrective action requests
• Conduct Monthly Quality Meetings using informational graphs and reports to support and verify quality system and make continuous improvement initiatives.
• Works with the Gage Technician to ensure calibration of equipment is accurate and meets necessary standards
• Identify and record any nonconformities and initiate changes to eliminate problem and root causes.
• Maintain and safeguard all documentation required
• Provide accessible identification and traceability

**Qualifications: **

• 8-10 years related experience
• Speak and write English fluently
• Wide range of experience with equipment, tools, materials and processes
• Posses good communication skills
• SPC training/ISO-TS training
• Minimum 5 year automotive experience
• Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Photoshop
