We are hiring drivers for school routes in Will County, including:

• Joliet
• Romeoville
• Bolingbrook
• Surrounding communities.

This role is best suited for applicants who live locally.

What You Need

• A 4-Door vehicle is needed (2016 or newer).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Valid work authorization.
• Clean driving record.
• Smartphone with data.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school along assigned routes.
• Fixed routes Morning; between 6:30 am to 9:30 am, and afternoon between 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, depending on the school (Elementary - Middle or High Schools).
• Provide a reliable and positive experience for children and families.
• Maintain communication with the XD support team.
• Represent our values of safety, commitment, and purpose.
