About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Partner in developing and executing recruitment strategies for production-aligned roles. In this position, you will help drive the hiring process by analyzing recruitment trends, strengthening community partnerships, and participating in sourcing and recruitment events-especially for hard-to-fill positions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys blending data-driven decision-making with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to develop recruiting and hiring strategies for production-aligned positions.

Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine strategies and align them with industry best practices.

Partner with hiring managers to support organizational goals through data-driven recruiting techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners to enhance employer brand visibility.

Participate in and support recruitment events and engagement campaigns for hard-to-fill roles.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms, and industry-leading sourcing tools to identify and pipeline qualified talent.

Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects and team initiatives.

Guide candidates through back ground checks, drug testing, and pre-screening steps.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Strong attention to detail, initiative, and relationship management abilities.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.

Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and relationship-building strategies.

Knowledge of recruiting standards, processes, and compliance practices.

Ability to analyze workforce metrics to support business decisions.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Morton, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
