Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated AM Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this vital role, you will work during early morning shifts to prepare fresh ingredients and support our kitchen operations. Your efforts will ensure that every dish meets our high standards before our service begins, contributing to the extraordinary experience our members have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, measure, and prepare fresh produce and other ingredients following detailed recipes and prep lists.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all ingredients and components meet our stringent quality and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Inventory Management:
  • Correctly receive orders, rotate stock, and take inventory.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and report low supplies to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and contribute to special event preparations when required.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a prep cook role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts and additional hours for special events as needed.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Schedule & Hours:

• Club Operating Hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• AM Prep Cook Shift: Early morning hours on club operating days, ensuring the kitchen is fully prepped well before service begins
• Weekly Commitment: A minimum of 32 hours per week
• Additional hours may be scheduled for special events or extended functions
