As an Outside Sales Representative at Hodge Industrial, you will operate as the owner of a defined territory, managing the full sales cycle and building long-term customer relationships within the manufacturing sector.

Hodge Industrial provides sales and service of industrial compressed air systems — a lifeline to manufacturing operations. Without reliable compressed air, facilities risk shutdowns or significantly reduced capacity.

What You’ll Do
You will own and grow a defined territory of industrial and manufacturing customers , managing opportunities from first contact through long-term account development.
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Own and grow a defined sales territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Conduct on-site visits to understand operational needs
- Recommend equipment and service solutions
- Build and grow a significant book of business
- Coordinate with service and support teams to deliver results
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
- Comfortable using modern technology (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
Preferred
- Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical sales experience
- Experience selling capital equipment or services
- Mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity
