The Campus Director plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring a positive educational environment that promotes student success and institutional growth.

This position requires a strategic leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for education, and the ability to foster a collaborative community of students, staff, and stakeholders. The Campus Director will oversee academic programs, compliance, budgeting, and staff development, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage campus operations to achieve academic excellence and financial performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop campus staff to support student success and operational goals.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and campus facilities effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local industry partners and community organizations.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve retention and completion rates.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in educational leadership or administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in education.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Proficiency with computer applications relevant to educational management.
