Position Summary:
USA Clinics Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accreditation Assistant to support our operations team in maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards across all clinic locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with organizations such as AAAHC and IAC, helping drive consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
Position Details:
- Location: Northbrook, IL
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (onsite)
- Compensation: $24-$28hr based on experience and qualifications
- Travel to clinics out of state up to 20% required
Responsibilities:
- Support accreditation efforts across all clinics, ensuring compliance with AAAHC and IAC standards
- Assist in preparing for regulatory surveys, audits, and site visits
- Maintain and organize accreditation documentation, policies, and records
- Track compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple locations
- Partner with clinic teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and identify gaps
- Assist with implementation of process improvements to strengthen compliance efforts
- Travel to clinic locations as needed to support accreditation and operational initiatives
Requirements
Required
- At least 1-2 years in a similar position
- Able to travel locally and out of state as needed (up to 20%)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work independently and multitask different projects at the same time.
- Demonstrate good phone and email etiquette skills with timely response times.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate and collaborate with individuals and upper management.
- Flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong multitasking skills to manage diverse projects simultaneously without compromise.
