Reformer Pilates Coach

ONYX Coaches lead members through our signature ONYX Method Workout, guiding them every step of the way. They are responsible for educating clients on using the ONYX Reformer, highlighting the transformative impact of our method, and empowering them to overcome the challenges of our dynamic workouts.

Our coaches must think on their feet, adapting to support and motivate clients of varying skill levels—all while actively participating in the workout alongside our members. It’s a role that blends expertise, energy, and the ability to inspire every client to reach their full potential.

Requirements

Availability Requirements:

Ability to coach a minimum of six classes per week, with availability in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in team meetings and events.
• Stay updated by learning new techniques and best practices.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and the fitness community.
• Embody the ONYX brand and culture in every interaction.
• Foster a fitness environment that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Promote and participate in the new member intro sales process.
• Support the studio's growth through membership sales and participation in community events.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, hardworking individual who loves health, fitness, and the ONYX Method.
• Passion for helping others become the best version of themselves and achieve their goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Prior group fitness experience is required, with preferred experience in reformer, yoga, Pilates, or barre coaching.
• Outgoing and personable, with a strong desire to build relationships within and outside the community.
• A collaborative team player with a consistently positive attitude.
• Genuine enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating others.
• Dependable and professional demeanor.
• Confidence and comfort leading high-energy classes on a microphone, with loud music and a dynamic atmosphere—all while actively participating in the workout in front of a group.
