Senior Manager Global Product Manager (Plasma)
- Position requires working onsite 3 days per week in Lake Zurich, IL. Other days may be worked remotely.
- Base salary range: $134,000-175,000.
- Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary.
- Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
- Obtain a deep understanding of the plasma market and customers to define customer requirements and unmet needs in order to translate them into product development efforts.
- Develop the long-term strategy and roadmap for the plasma business to ensure financial growth.
- Serve as the communication link between regional marketing and R&D, collaborating with regional marketing to understand regional market trends, obtain voice of customer (VOC), and incorporate into strategic discussions with R&D. Communicate R&D timelines and updates to regions to ensure transparency and to help with regional sales planning.
- Ensure successful launches of NPD or LCM products by creating and communicating global launch plans including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and creating and managing the “Go To Market” launch process.
- Work with Marketing Communications/Agencies to develop marketing and promotional materials to support new product launches, product enhancements and other selling tools needed.
- Develop key relationships with regional and market unit sales and marketing teams to facilitate communication on NPD and LCM projects.
- Develop and support tools and processes owned by Global Marketing including Product Change Requests (PCR), global expansion requests (ePOF), Global Information Sharing site, Long Range Planning (LRP) and Environmental Assessment (EA).
- Lead Environmental Assessment process.
- Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, or science related field; MBA or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of product management or related experience - medical device experience preferred
- Clear understanding of medical device development, manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory processes
- Experience with plasmapheresis devices and connected device management is a plus
- Experience taking product(s) from concept to launch and managing on-market product issues
- Proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office, e-mail, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet analysis)
- Strong analytical and financial skills required
- Ability to travel 15-25%, including potential for international travel
