Personal Mobility Inc. has an excellent opportunity for an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP)/Wheelchair Specialist with outstanding people and customer service skills in central Illinois.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join our team and help us provide exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with therapists and other clinicians to evaluate and provide equipment that meets clients’ needs.
• Hold yourself and the company to high standards of prompt, accurate, friendly service.
• Maintain the great relationships and reputation with therapists and referral sources.
• Develop new relationships as you grow your territory.
• Provide product demonstration and education to therapists, referrals and others as needed.
• Create and maintain relationships with product manufacturers and stay educated on new products.
• Perform delivery and repairs as needed.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation needed to support medical necessity for patients.
• Complete other tasks as assigned or deemed necessary

Qualifications:

• Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) RESNA certification required
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the complex rehab industry/ mobility and rehab technology field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and move power wheelchairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 base salary depending on experience level
