• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve control systems issues like a pro, utilizing predictive maintenance technologies for insightful data collection.
• Empower the team by guiding fellow technicians and demonstrating leadership in smaller team settings.
• Champion safety by adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines. Promote situational awareness and prevent unsafe conditions.

Your Expertise

• Have you completed your high school diploma or GED? Even better, bring an associate degree with a technical focus and 3+ years in the industry—or equivalent experience.
• Adept in understanding and repairing electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems? You’re the perfect fit!

Work Environment

Your role involves standing, walking, handling tools, reaching, climbing ladders, or maneuvering cranes. Occasionally lift over 50 lbs and wear protective gear for safety in noisy, factory settings.
