Jeff Niemeyer - General Agent:

• How long with KoC? 19+ years.
• Prior Experience? Worked in Cell Phone sales prior to beginning with KoC after college.
• Passionate About? Enjoys spending time with 3 boys and watching them play basketball, football, baseball, and hockey, while always cheering on the Blues!. Jeff loves spending time with his wife traveling and still personally playing hockey every week!
• Vision for Growth: Passionately dedicated to transforming the lives of advisors by fostering professional growth while expanding the agency’s impact, ensuring more Catholic families across Illinois achieve financial security and peace of mind.

Shaun Moore - Assistant General Agent:

• How long with KoC? 10+ years.
• Prior Experience? Gained valuable experience in real estate and as a Financial Aid Advisor at a local university before joining KoC.
• Passionate About? Loves spending time with his wife and traveling around the world, visiting over 30 different countries.

Tyler Sheehan - Assistant General Agent:

• Prior Experience: Joined KoC immediately after graduating from Lake Land College, where he focused on Accounting and Business Management.

Position Overview: As a Financial Advisor with the Knights of Columbus, you’ll play a mission-driven role focused on building trusted relationships with Catholic families and understanding their protection and financial planning needs. You'll provide personalized guidance on life insurance and retirement solutions that reflect their values and help secure their future. With comprehensive training and mentorship, you’ll grow your expertise over time—expanding your ability to offer holistic financial strategies and advance your career within a faith-based, service-oriented organization.

• Mentorship program that includes an average of 25-35 appointments with an experienced mentor to ensure early success.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2 or 4 year degree is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to quickly obtain (or reinstate) state insurance licenses and FINRA certifications.
• To align with the Knights of Columbus charter and IRS nonprofit status, advisors must meet the organization's membership requirements, which are limited to Catholic men as defined by the governing body.*
