What You'll Do: * Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience * Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure timely and accurate service * Help lead by example and support service advisors as needed * Play a key role in helping the department meet and exceed performance goals * Help coordinate Pick up and Delivery, Mobile repairs and repairs in our shop What We’re Looking For: * 2+ years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred) * A passion for delivering top-tier customer service * Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills * A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a winning team
