- Assemble, organize and itemize client medical bills.
- Call, fax or email providers and health insurance companies to verify balances owed
- Perform fee schedule analysis
- Draft negotiation letters to reduce outstanding amounts owed
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- File Organization Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
