Executive Assistant to CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and expense reporting
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts, exercising discretion and confidentiality
- Draft, edit, and manage executive communications, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate and manage logistics for leadership meetings, board meetings, and company events
- Track and follow up on key projects and action items to ensure timely completion
- Assist with special projects and support company-wide initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google workplace)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
- Professional presence, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset
Compensation: $120k-$130k Allison Sachnoff
