We’re looking for friendly, professional, and motivated Litigation Legal Administrator to join our Legal team. The Litigation Legal Administrator will serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage files, prepare letters, and general assist attorney with case files.

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Location: Can work remotely, but most be local to the Chicago area and able to commute to our Downtown Chicago office

Salary: $20.00/hour

DAY TO DAY

• Open, sort and distribute mail daily
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Manage bodily injury client files in conjunction with attorney and team members
• Accurately prepare letters per attorney request free of errors and typos
• Assist attorney with other projects related to individual case files by listening to their directions and meeting their deadlines and expectations
• Regularly communicate with attorneys, adjusters and clients by responding to all emails and inquiries in a concise and timely manner

WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS

Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to type 40 words per minute and with high accuracy
• Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Effective time management, attention to detail, and organization skills

Nice To Have:

• Some college preferred
• Paralegal certification or experience
• Experience with Pacer and/or CUBS
