Salary: 20.00+/Hr
Our client located in Crystal Lake, IL is looking for an AP/AR Clerk / Bookkeeper The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks experience and be able to start soon to support ongoing accounting operations.
Pay: $20+/hr (Based on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 AM - 5:00 P M (flexible; up to 40 hours/week available)
AP/AR Clerk Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in QuickBooks
- Enter invoices, process payments, and assist with customer billing
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform simple reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding invoices and payments
- Provide general bookkeeping and administrative support as needed
AP/AR Clerk Qualifications:
- Prior QuickBooks experience required
- Basic AP/AR or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Manufacturing background
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
