Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Project Management Lead to join our PMO. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Commercial Services team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or multiple projects within our Commercial Services organization. This role will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to keep work on track and remove obstacles.
A successful Project Manager will:
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules for assigned initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks across project team members, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating when needed.
• Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to ensure alignment and progress.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
• Track project budgets and work with leadership to address variances.
