Your Role:
As a Daytime Esthetics Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to students in the field of esthetics. You will instruct students on various aspects of skincare, makeup application, and beauty treatments during the day hours, helping to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the academic curriculum.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training in esthetics techniques.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment in the classroom.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current State of Illinois Educator License.
• Demonstrated expertise in esthetics, including skincare and makeup application.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students.
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting student development.
• Availability to teach daytime hours as per the class schedule.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
