The ELECSYS Division of DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Stockroom Clerk with the following qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and updating records.
• Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
• Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
• Processing of requests from management for expediting kits
• Organization of Stock room
• Inventory of overage material from released kits

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional interpersonal and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems swiftly with little or no direct supervision.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a complex, fast-moving-environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Literacy in computer operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
• Competent in the daily tasks to meet job duties.
• Inventory experience and knowledge required
• Must be able to prioritize work responsibilities of self.
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
• Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
• Licensed forklift truck operator preferred

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax and scanning machines.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical demands include the following but are not limited to: good mobility, ability to move between the 2 facilities and within the facilities Physically capable of routinely bending to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, lift bundles to shelves, cables and harnesses and carry to different departments, bending and or standing as necessary. Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
