We are seeking a Multilayer Process Lead to support and oversee all early-stage PCB manufacturing

processes, including innerlayer preparation, oxide processing, layup, lamination, and material preparation.

Candidates with PCB manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.

Position Summary

The Multilayer Process Lead is responsible for setup, operation, troubleshooting, and continuous

improvement of multilayer manufacturing processes. This position works closely with Engineering, CAM,

Production, and Quality teams to ensure multilayer panels are built accurately and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines production responsibilities with training and support of

other operators.

Responsibilities

Perform multilayer setup and preparation activities.

Operate and support layup and lamination processes.

Verify materials, prepregs, cores, tooling, and manufacturing documentation.

Review stackup requirements before production.

Support oxide and material preparation operations.

Troubleshoot process and production issues.

Train and assist multilayer operators.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.

Maintain production records and process documentation.

Work with Engineering and CAM to resolve manufacturing concerns.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Required

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions.

Good mechanical aptitude.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred

PCB manufacturing experience.

Multilayer layup experience.

Lamination press experience.

Oxide processing experience.

Experience with multilayer stackups.

Experience training or mentoring operators.

Experience working in ISO-controlled manufacturing environments.

Compensation

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Candidates with direct PCB manufacturing, multilayer layup, lamination, or oxide processing experience will receive priority consideration.
