What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll lead from the front, balancing guest experience, team development, and performance execution. You will:

• Support the Site Manager in daily operations and overall site performance.
• Lead shifts with clarity, positivity, and accountability.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Reinforce a service-first, sales-driven culture that drives membership growth.
• Confidently coach teams on promoting and selling club plans.
• Manage opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment.
• Model professionalism, uphold standards, and keep the team aligned.

Pay & Growth:

• $17.50/hour base pay, with the opportunity to increase earnings through active club plan sales
